“Tunisian and Flavors of Terroirs” of Amel Djait nominated by the NAC in the category Kitchens of the World

In January 2019, and on the occasion of the Grand Prix of Culinary Literature (France), the book of Amel Djait, written in collaboration with GIZ, Tunisian and Flavors of Terroirs, was nominated by the National Academy of Cooking, in the category Cuisines of the World. A gesture strongly wanted by the Academy while the book of Amel is not intended for the general public!
